Tell us about yourself! What inspired you to join HKRS?

I’m a husband and father of 3 kids (5-10 years old) who have all participated in HKRS. I’ve been a runner since middle and thought HKRS would be a great program to bring to my hometown.

What is your biggest success as a Coordinator so far (or favorite race day moment)? 

I love seeing all the smiles on race day!

What makes your community special? 

Rochester is a small town with a big love for running!

What is some advice you would like to share with fellow Community Coordinators?

Don’t sweat the small stuff on race day! There will be glitches from time to time, but everything will work out.

Ran my first 50 mile ultramarathon in November!
