Carbohydrates are some of the building blocks of healthy nutrition.  Most foods have some amount of carbohydrates, but not all are created equal.  Foods that are highly processed and full of carbs should get a bad wrap, but carbs that come from natural food sources like whole grains, whole fruits, and nuts are great ways to power up throughout the day!
