Ryan Duffy began running with Healthy Kids Running Series in Mullica Hill / Mantua, NJ in 2015 when he was only 6 years old. He loved getting out and running on the weekends with his sisters. Participating in Healthy Kids Running Series sparked a love of running that has grown and Ryan has gone on to win 11 national championships in distances from the 800-5000m and the high jump at AAU and USATF competitions. Ryan started high school this year and has written a book about his experiences – Unleashing the Champion Within – which is out now!
